This Privacy Policy explains how TaskMaster CACS ("TaskMaster", "we", "us" or "our") handles information when a firm, administrator, employee or visitor uses our website and practice-management services.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect:

  • Account information such as name, email address, phone number, role and firm details.
  • Business data entered by an authorized user, including client, task, compliance, DSC, attendance and communication records.
  • Subscription, billing and transaction references. Full payment-card data is handled by the applicable payment provider.
  • Technical information such as IP address, browser, device, session, diagnostic and security logs.
  • Information submitted through registration, demo, support or contact forms.

3. How we use information

  • Provide, maintain and improve the platform and its modules.
  • Authenticate users, apply firm and role permissions, and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Process subscriptions, provide support and send service-related communications.
  • Generate reminders and notifications configured by authorized users.
  • Investigate errors, protect the service and comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We may share limited information with infrastructure, email, payment, analytics or support providers acting on our behalf; with a customer firm and its authorized administrators; when required by law; or during a legitimate corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information.

5. Data security and tenant separation

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, including authentication, role-based access, tenant-aware record controls and activity logging. No electronic system is completely secure, so users must also protect credentials and promptly report suspected misuse.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet contractual and legal requirements, resolve disputes and protect legitimate business interests. Retention periods may differ by record category and customer instructions.

7. Cookies and sessions

We use essential cookies and similar technologies for login sessions, security and core functionality. Additional analytics or marketing technologies, if introduced, will be described through appropriate notices or consent controls.

8. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law and the authority of your firm administrator, you may request access, correction, deletion or export of personal information, or object to certain processing. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security or contractual reasons.
