1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between TaskMaster CACS ("TaskMaster", "we", "us" or "our") and the person or entity using the website or service ("Customer" or "you"). You confirm that you have legal capacity and authority to accept these Terms for yourself or your organization.
2. Accounts and administrators
- You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential.
- The customer firm controls its users, roles, permissions and data entered into the workspace.
- Firm administrators are responsible for authorized users and actions performed through their accounts.
- You must notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access or credential misuse.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the service for lawful internal business purposes. You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, upload malicious material, violate third-party rights, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, or use the platform in a manner prohibited by applicable law.
4. Professional responsibility
TaskMaster CACS is a workflow and practice-management tool. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, certification or regulatory advice. Customers remain responsible for professional judgment, statutory filings, data accuracy, client communication and compliance with applicable deadlines and laws.
5. Trials, subscriptions and billing
Plan limits, pricing and billing frequency are presented during signup or purchase. Unless otherwise stated, paid subscriptions renew for the selected billing period until cancelled. Taxes may apply. Any refund, cancellation, failed-payment or plan-change rules shown during checkout or in an order form form part of these Terms.
6. Customer data
You retain ownership of data submitted to your workspace. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, back up and transmit that data to provide and secure the service. You confirm that you have the authority and required notices or consents to process information you submit.
7. Intellectual property
The service, software, interface, design, documentation, brand elements and related intellectual property belong to us or our licensors. These Terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during an active account or subscription.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security events, internet failures and third-party services may affect availability. We may improve, modify or discontinue features while taking reasonable steps to avoid material disruption.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use or unpaid charges, subject to applicable requirements. You may stop using the service or cancel as permitted by your plan. Provisions that logically survive termination will remain effective.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits, missed statutory deadlines caused by customer action or reliance, or loss arising from unauthorized credentials. Any aggregate liability will be limited as permitted by applicable law and the applicable order terms.
11. Governing terms and changes
Applicable governing law, jurisdiction and any additional commercial terms should be stated in the final customer order or business agreement. We may update these Terms prospectively, with material changes communicated through reasonable means.
